“Resellers are a huge part of our Customer base, through them we are able to provide easy access to safe drinking water by allowing our end customers to purchase water from their nearest reseller, in a walking distance.
By visiting and rewarding a special reseller in each district of the country, we have a special time give back to the contributors of our mission and hear the great stories of how reselling Jibu products has developed their own businesses and an created impactful income generation.” ~ Jibu Rwanda.

During the Customer Service Week, the Jibu DRC Goma team worked hard to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. In an organization of groups to visit customers, reward them and strengthen customer service delivery skills, as well as host interactive feedback sessions to better understand customers’ expectations.
