2023 began with smiles all around as Jibu Rwanda and Jibu DRC-Goma carried out a FREE Bottle Exchange Campaign for its valued customers. This Campaign was aimed to provide better customer experience and increase their access to safe drinking water from Jibu.
Because of the lack of knowledge on how to best take care of their bottles our customers had a large number of broken bottles at home. The exchange of these bottles was usually charged which made it uneasy for resellers to provide Jibu water to their customers.
As Jibu quests to make safe drinking water accessible to all, our Franchisees came up with this initiative and encouraged Jibu resellers and end customers to bring back all damaged bottles in circulation.
More than 15,000 Jibu Bottles have been exchanged so far and we are proud to say A HYDRATED CUSTOMER IS A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
