Jibu Rwanda introduces the Jibu E-shop to provide convenient access to Jibu water and other products by our customers without putting a hold on their activities at the moment.
Customers can order new Jibu water bottles, water refills, Jibu Porridge composite flour, Jibu cooking gas, and Jibu water containers, known as “Jibu yanjye”, from the comfort of your location. The customer’s order is then directed to the nearest Jibu franchise to provide a fast delivery at their door step.
The Jibu E-shop is a site on the Jibu Rwanda website, from which a Jibu customer can view different Jibu products, add a purchase to their shopping cart, place order, and get the products delivered to their doorstep. The site provides full information about the products, from new products to water refills of a customer’s Jibu bottle. As an order is being placed, the customer is requested to provide their current location and contacts, where they are provided with a followup on their order by the Jibu Rwanda customer service specialist.
This initiative comes as a solution to different Jibu consumers who constantly wish to purchase Jibu products or to refill their Jibu water bottles, without the time or convenience to reach the nearest Jibu shop. The site is accessible from both desktop and mobile view, with an easy self-explanatory ordering process by anyone with mobile connection.
Jibu remains committed to being a provider of convenient access to safe drinking water and other necessities such as a healthy Porridge flour and Jibu LP Gas while promoting A Better Life to the community.
