2. About Jibu
   1. Jibu is a social enterprise operating a powerful franchising model.
   2. Currently Jibu is in eight countries so far namely; Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Burundi, Zambia, DRC & Ghana which happens to be the newest of all.
   3. Jibu specifically deals in basic necessities like water, cooking gas & porridge with a major aim of easing community access to them.

3. The data Jibu collects about you
   1. First of all, Jibu does not collect any data from you without your deliberate consent. 
   2. Our website / Online retail shop does not require anyone to login so as to access the services.
   3. On our online retail shop, after someone has added items to their cart and they proceed to checkout, we prompt them to provide information of the person to be billed & where the items ordered are to be delivered.

Note: We do not conduct or allow any billing transactions to be carried out on our website.

4. The billing information that we collect only includes;
   1. First & Last name of the person to be billed upon delivery.
   2. Country or region of the person to be billed.
   3. Street address. And this requires one to either provide the house number or street name.
   4. The village or town of the person to be billed.
   5. Phone number of the person to be billed.
   6. An email address of the person to be billed.

Note: The billing details are considered to as well be the shipping details.

5. Under no circumstances do we collect data involving any bank account information or credit & debit card details.

4. What we use the data we collect from you.
   1. We use the information you provide us, to determine our nearest franchise inorder to deliver to you within the shortest time possible.
   2. We use your information to specify to our delivery personnel on who exactly to deliver to. This helps in preventing wrong deliveries and saving time.
   3. We use the information you provide us, to contact you in case of any customer follow ups.
