As Group Head of Human Resources, you will lead Jibu’s HR function across all operational countries. You achieve the company’s operating goals via management of employee productivity and wellbeing. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, organizational culture, and people development.
