Customer Service Week In Kenya

As Customer Service Week kicked off on Oct 3, 2022, Jibu Kenya ran a retailer promotion dedicated to appreciating their retailers. We visited retailers in Kilimani, Lower Langata, Ridgeways, Ruaka, South B, and South C.  We love our customers.

Eighteen retailers were branded and awarded aprons, dust coats, and free water refills.

Jibu also used that occasion to encourage franchisees and retailers to join retailer and franchisee support platforms to help them get the support they need more efficiently and effectively. 

Jibu Kenya managed to get four retailers to join that support platform.

All in all, customer service week was a success in Kenya. Jibu Kenya got good feedback on its water, and it was observed that the brand visibility is on the rise.
