Jibu Uganda celebrated customer service week from the 3rd to the 7th of October 2022 in style. We started by compiling lists of the top 20 resellers for each of our franchises, sending them bulk SMS as a message of appreciation. Retailers had to sign up by joining the central WhatsApp group.

Our marketing was mainly through flyers for both the franchisees and resellers that were then given to the franchisees and the tuk-tuk riders to give out to resellers, informing them that customer service week began and how to take part.

All retailers were part of a raffle with the first involving all the resellers. Twenty lucky ones were picked and rewarded with Jibu gift hampers. The Jibu Co team then stormed the market in pairs to reward the raffle winners. A happy family occasion indeed.

Another raffle was held only for resellers who had signed up to the WhatsApp group. 15 winners from that category were rewarded.

At the end of the customer service week, the top 4 franchises with the biggest number of resellers on WhatsApp were rewarded with ten new 20L tap bottles. We enjoy celebrating service.
